Les Coudraies

Cuvée Les Coudraies comes from a 6 ha block located in Parnay. The best parcels are selected to make up the cuvée Les Coudraies (about half the surface area, depending on the year). The rest goes into the composition of Les Closiers. The vines are between 25 and 40 years old. The wine is aged for 1 year in barrels(without new oak) and then 1 year in bottles.
