Les Closiers

The Les Closiers cuvée is composed by blending all the parcels of the estate that are not vinified in plots. The process of receiving the harvest is identical to plot cuvees. The cuvée is aged mainly in stainless steel tanks. However, some of it is aged in barrels to round off the tannins. The total breeding time is approximately 14 months.
