Bay Rouge

Cuvée Bay Rouge comes from a small plot located at the border of Parnay and Turquant. The vines are between 50 and 60 years old. Yields are very limited (20 hl/ha).Approximately 1,200 bottles are produced each year. The vine is braided to avoid trimming. The wine is aged for 3 years in new barrels (100%) and then 1year in bottles.
